I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I'm sick of getting just the IPS files and then having to look for the game itself to be able to patch it, and I don't even have a patching program.

Why can't DeJap host pre-patched, ready-to-play, English ROMs instead of just the patches?

You are very wrong. Pre-patched roms are a disgrace.

...and who needs a patching program? :roll:

Edit: What you are suggesting is also illegal.
