ZSNES 1.42 DOS .cfg Bug

Post by Deathlike2 »

When the .cfg is first generated by the DOS version of ZSNES, the save directory listed there is in the format:

C:/Somedir/Somedir2

instead of:

C:\SomeDir\Somedir2

Interesting.

Does it work?

I "guess" it does. It doesn't produce an error message (if you had changed it to an invalid format, it would complain normally).

For consistancy, it should be in the correct format. It is a minor detail though. You don't want people asking DOS questions on related errors (even though it is documented in the cfg file).

Well that it works is the important thing.
I'm going to be fixing this stuff up a bit once I think it through enough. Guess I'll throw in a slash converter for the DOS port while I'm at it.
