ZSNES on a dual monitor setup?

Post by Castlevania »

I got my TV working as a second monitor thanks to my Radeon 9800 Pro, but I can't drag the ZSNES window into the second screen. I'm pretty sure it has to do with ZSNES changing your mouse cursor when it's over it. Does anyone know a way to get ZSNES on the second screen?

AFAIK zsnes only supports screen #1. You'll have to have both screens dislaying the same thing (cloned)

Perhaps right clicking it's tab on the taskbar and selecting move?

I don't believe that works, because if you right click, the mouse cursor warps back inside zsnes's window area.

I remember MaxSt having a fix to this, but the server was hacked and all the posts were vanished.

Edit - Board, not server.

You can change your tv to your primary display and zsnes will work on it then. If you really want to that is.

Lets see if I can remember this... (just ununstalled mt ati aiw 9200). What they all said above is correct. I also found that if I modified the video overlay settings to full screen, zsnes would display in its window on the pc and full screen on the tv.

WOW great topic, i was *just* doing the same thing on a 9800. extended my desktop to my tv then was wondering why i couldent drag zsnes over to it.

too bad theres no dual monitor support yet it would be sweet to have the game on the tv and the desktop clear. oh well maby someday.

Yeah I have a dual monitor setup as well, I would love to have it but it's a pain in the ass the way the video code is setup right now.
