Is the toaster plugin generally accessible through the windows port? I'm just wondering because it seems all the clues were given from a *nix port. Thanks...
It doesn't matter which port you use.

EDIT: Bah, I didn't see that there was a second page.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

Toaster Support

Post by Jipcy »

Yeah, I found it not too long after posting that message. Nach confirmed the steps for me, too. All I can say is, programmers have so many opportunities to put stuff like that in their programs. Just think about it. Can you imagine the crap some people might find in Windows?

Anyway, good work.

Btw, on the zsnes.com frontpage, is the "people" box (programmers) current? It seems Nach should be somewhere on there, if not under Main Coders.

Nope, it's way out of date.

It's a "secret" dude.

Anyway, read all of this thread (the one to which I am replying), as well as this one: http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1860. Just read what everyone has to say, think about it for a couple minutes, and you should find it.

Glad you liked it. We currently have two easter eggs in ZSNES.
If I ever have some spare time, and get a good idea how to hide it and make it possible to accidentially to run into it, I'll add some more.

I love toast, especially in emulators or verse.

I think I'm close but I'm missing something. At least I found Santa. I think I know where the toaster plugin menu should be too. I just can't get it to trigger, no matter what I try.

I'm sure if you just stay up and try various things for a couple of days straight you'll run into it by accident. :)
