You thought wrong. :P

JMA is a format Nach developed that provides the best compression for SNES ROMs of any existing format. It is based on 7z.

Grab the latest version of NSRT and read the docs.

Where? I've heard about that NSRT thingy here, but I don't know how to use it :?

If you know how to use Command Prompt, then it'll be easy.
Try out CCleaner and other free software at Piriform
