where do i d/l games?

where would I download games? super mario RPG and megman X2 in particular? I AM NOT REQUESTING, DONT BAN ME. i want to know where i can download them, and i do not require a direct link to the game, just what site can i get them from, or if they're on zsnes.com, where i can find them.

What part of no requests for ROMs or games is not understood?
