all of these bugs were added to the tracker :)
Odd, one time Chrono Trigger froze up on me (yea, it just froze; not the program) and then i rewinded it and went somewhere else then it didn't freeze.

Yeah, it does the same thing with DBZ: Hyper Dimension.

I don't know if this bug is fixed yet or it's just the way the game is suppose to be but the french version of DBZ Hyper d is kinda laggy n sluggish...

French version runs at 50Hz. That's a whoppy 20% slower than NTSC version for you.

Found a bug...

Post by Magusx »

I have found a bug in this game, but I don't know how to upload pictures. There's a graphic glitch in the 4/11/05 WIP release and 1.42 official. It only does it when i disable the 'New graphics engine'. When it's enabled it looks normal. Like i said, i have pictures, but i don't know how to upload 'em.

1) You don't need all that blank space, geez.

2) Use http://imageshack.us/ to upload images.

I also found another bug which affects alot of games. It's been doing it with 1.42...it don't do it with 1.36. I'll upload the images.

The only way to turn it back to normal is to disable the graphics engine then enable it...but i don't really care for it, so i leave it off cuz it causes many graphic problems.

I found another bug in the game. Pics uploaded.

Where's the cursor?

We don't really care about bugs in the old graphics engine. It's not being worked on anymore.

I think the original poster here is asking us to remove the old graphics engine since it's a relic.

Yeah, but maybe it's still useful for a game or two? :?

I guess eventually it won't be needed and can be removed when the new engine (which is superior 99% of the time) has less bugs. I still use it for Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel, Killer Intinct etc. at the mo.

I also agree to keep the old engine, until the new engine is more stable with some games.

I found this thread after doing a Yahoo! search...

I recently DL'd ZSNES from *****; I was trying to play Jungle Strike and I was getting the jitter/glitch... and now that I've read this post I went ahead and turned off the "new" engine, and that seems to have fixed it.

What I am wondering is, has there been an update to ZSNES that will allow me to use the "new" graphics engine and still keep the Jungle Strike jitter/glitch from appearing?

I am very new to ROM's, so any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

The first rule of ZSNES board is - you do not talk about ROM sites.

You might be better off with other emulators, such as SNES9x or bsnes.

No, since we will have a different code base in SVN in a few weeks so fixing old versions is not on the list.

What is this that will be fixed in a few weeks?

Is this an updated ZSNES?
