Google is your best friend.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

Acid Glow is my hero. Search for SNES ROMs, it will give you plenty.

Holy shit! A ROM request thread that hasn't degenerated into a flamewar or gotten locked yet! I think this is a first.

It was locked. You're in the matrix, that's why you still see it unlocked.

Yeah... Well, there had to be a first. I wonder if there will ever be a second?

Not anytime soon, I'll wager.

I remember downloading Zsnes for the first time. I was wondering the same thing as this guy... How do I play a fucking game!!!
Then I read the docs and they said you have to go to a rom site. I found some fansite(jimbowilly....anyone else stumbled onto this one?) and downloaded Chrono Trigger and I have been afan of this fantastic emu ever since.

Excellent story kieran. And you READ the docs.

Yeah... I like reading docs. I think I read the entire 1.36 readme and faq and every translation patch that I download I have to read the readme. Usually they contain some interesting reading about the making of the patch and whatnot. But I haven't really used an emu in a while now, let alone a translation patch.

When I downloaded ZSNES for the time, it was like two minutes later before I was playing Zelda. With no sound. And max frameskip. I'm glad I have a faster PC now.

Yeah mine was about the same way. It was before zsnes had transparency yet, had max frameskip, and no sound playing ff5 (and not knowing that the hell i was doing, game had no patch yet, zsnes had that minimal gui back then too, similar to when you push the f1 key now).
