Doesn't matter really...XDeathReborn wrote:*&#%(&#(%&(# That's FFV you said FFIV was bad, yeah the images were pixelated messed up becaused I use PAINT to CONVERT them.
You'll be able to set a quality (1 to 9) in Photoshop (or irfanview I guess), but it will still be lossy, and you will lose quality, especially on text. DON'T DO IT.
Why can't you make gifs? Problem solved.

The only way I can see for a site to not allow PNG graphics would be if the server was purposely made to not allow them to be served, which would be very, very stupid in my opinion. If they aren't blocking the images, though, then it has nothing to do with the server, it's the browser that handles displaying images. As far as JPEG, I'd only use JPEG on things like photographs, since the quality on those is usually of the type where artifacts in the image aren't bad. But JPEG for emulator snapshots? That is just ridiculous. One of the communties I'm with does a lot of work with sprites, and thus, being able to have crisp, clear, artifact-less images is nice when you are trying to rip sprites from games. JPEG is a lousy idea for an emulator.

Mahaha I have recoded my image code for my site...
Now I got images/image 00##.png
Now getting pictures up on my site will be a breeze.
The only renaming I will have to do is change the name of the rom to image! and booya, I got pics. I'm glad I found out png works! Now no converting and no renaming! Happy day. Took awhile to recode, but it makes future picturing no hazzle. THANKS ZSNES!
