Some OEM versions have different activation rules.

It would seem it's not your standard CD. Have you tried installing it with some different CD label?

I'll check the original later when I get a chance (not even sure where it is).
May 9 2007 - NSRT 3.4, now with lots of hashing and even more accurate information! Go download it.
