I can´t use BS Super Mario Bros 3.

I have a BS BIOS-file.

How I do for play BS SUper Mario Bros 3?

Scan your rom with NSRT and post the rominfo here. What ZSNES version are you using?
You might try the newest WIP version from http://ipherswipsite.com.

Although this won't answer your question, if you want to play super mario bros 3, you could always download "Super Mario All-Stars" or the NES rom.
