Help
I hate having to register into a forum just to get one stupid question answered. If this topic is in the wrong place, tell me where to put it. My problem is, I accidentally clicked on Maximize in the ZSNES, and now its zoomed in so far I can't undo it. Help would be much appreciated.

Yep, I also just found out deleting it messes up the games and resets the controls. Thank you God for the Recycle Bin and its amazing restoration powers.
Anyway, is there a shortcut button I can hit? Some wonderful button on the keyboard that might get me out of this... predicament?

It does not mess up the games. Deleting the config files restores everything you've set to their default values, including controls, video mode, filters and other options.Exceedingly Irritated wrote:Yep, I also just found out deleting it messes up the games and resets the controls. I bet you would have finished configurating Zsnes by now, it's not complicated.Exceedingly Irritated wrote:I know, but I only have one problem, and I don't want to sacrifice my options, controls and other stuff to be rid of it.
There is no "magic button".
Try pressing Alt-tab, it could work.

What? Screenshot please.Exceedingly Irritated wrote:It is when you may have to find all the games again. When I deleted the .cfg file I loaded a game to make sure everything was okay, put simply, it wasn't how it should be. The text was all outlined and trash.

Actually, it seems to affect just one game. Makes some of the text far too bright, I have no idea how. I hope it's the only thing affected...

Ah. It also affects Megaman X2. When the Capcom logo comes up at the beginning it flashes red and green, just like on the screenshot above. Strange.
...
And very annoying, of course.

Print your screenshot somewhat smaller next time.
It's bigger than my screen ,which is irritating.

The 3 ways to fix this problem WOULD have been...
A. Alt-enter.
B. Go to the video menu and select a new windowed video mode, as ZSNES' "maximize" button merely toggles between windowed and fullscreen modes. Might've been made more difficult since you couldn't see the menu bar. Which leads us to...
C. Adjust your monitor so the top of ZSNES wasn't hanging off the screen and you could see what you were doing, as ZSNES still displays the control buttons in fullscreen mode.
