But maybe "Seiken Detsu 3" is.Metatron wrote:...Seiken Densetsu 3 IS NOT 3 PLAYERS, FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD!

Well, keep in mind that you can only connect to computers, although you can play up to 4-5 people if you play 2 in one computer and 2-3 in the other one.
Games:
Secret of Mana.
BOMBERMAN.
International Super Star Soccer DELUXE.

Time to pull out Multi.txt which used to come with every release of ZSnes... for the second time (hint hint: Doc guys: You may want to add this to the docs)
EDIT to include all the games above Ghoul Patrol, apparently something didn't go right when I copy and pasted, if a mod/admin deleted those, I apologize for bringing them back.multi.txt which used to come with every ZSnes release, and needs to make a comeback for the love of God and all that is Holy wrote:Note: This list does not include sports game (since they're easy to
recognize and most of them are multiplayer)
This list does not include games with only 2P alternating modes
and also games that requires the SNES Mouse/Super Scope.
This list is also incomplete.

He's just referring to the typo of the original poster (Apologises for obvious statement)
Anyway, just as everyone else will pretty much say, check the documentation and don't expect more than 2 players over netplay on ZSnes as it's strictly 2 players (via netplay connections) only right now due to sync problems with more than 2 players.

You can netplay with more that 2 people. You just need to pair up with people on one computer.Spirit_Uk wrote:He's just referring to the typo of the original poster (Apologises for obvious statement)

Seiken Densetsu 3 (AKA: Secret of Mana 2) is a 3 player game all you need to do is setup a 3rd controller and press start or select on that controller after doing similar with the second controller (note: you must have all 3 people) and probably 2 friends to control the other 2 characters... >_> oh and enable the 3rd and 4th controller slots maybe? dunno if thats done by default but ive played at my house with 2 friends before ie. 1 on gamepad, 2 on keyboard.Metatron wrote:...Seiken Densetsu 3 IS NOT 3 PLAYERS, FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD!

Maybe he played on a hacked ROM. Surely those exist.casualgoatsax3 wrote:You are lying.hellspawn440 wrote:Seiken Densetsu 3 (AKA: Secret of Mana 2) is a 3 player game all you need to do is setup a 3rd controller and press start or select on that controller after doing similar with the second controller (note: you must have all 3 people) and probably 2 friends to control the other 2 characters...
But yeah I agree, I think he's just making shit up either way. That's what my 7 year old brother does too, when he's argueing something. "It's true, you don't believe me but I did this at a friend's ... uncle's house and it's so true. So bleh."

Maybe because SoM was three-player, and people assume that sequels don't get downgraded.
