netplay help

Im trying to go against somone using netplay but it wont let me connect, i brought down the firewall and the only reason i can think of is that it would be blocking it.

i have a windows xp if that helps.......

both of us have the same router, or so he says.how do i know if im behined it or not?

... That's sad.

If there is a cable from your pc to the router, you are obviously conected behind it... In the case that you own a wireless router, if your computer has a wireless card, it's also obvious.
