Current WIP builds can be found at:
http://zsnes.ipherswipsite.com/

From the sticky of forum rules:
"NO ROM/GAME REQUESTS. Users who violate this rule will be banned immediately, no questions asked."

I'll try to explain, though the term "ROM" is generally used loosely...

"ROM" means "Read-Only Memory"

This is storage that can be read, but cannot be edited or overwritten. Inside a game cartridge, the data that makes up the entire game is stored in ROM chips. These chips can be read by a backup device which creates a file on a computer that contains an exact copy of the information from these ROM chips. These files are loosely called "ROMs", because they contain data that was originally stored in a ROM chip. ROM files, however, can be easily modified/edited (hacked) or deleted...so they are not technically "read-only". Because they contain game data, sharing ROM files for most games is illegal. It violates copyright laws and is stealing from the owners/creators of the game. The owners of the intellectual property deserve to profit from their creation.

Most emulator users casually download ROMs because the original copyright owners are not selling these products anymore, so it can hardly be considered "stealing". In some cases, it may not be ethically wrong to download ROMs, but still technically illegal.

A rom is a game's data that has been dumped from the original cart. Having roms from games that you don't own can be considered a grey area or even piracy in some countries, so we can't give you links for you to download them.

But a quick search in google will give you some sites.

Please pay attention to the rules. Asking for roms is against the rules.

I finished editing my post above. Please read the extra information for clarification.

Do you understand now that games and "ROMs" are the same thing?

There is no such thing as a "zsnes rom". You have to search for roms of the console Zsnes is emulating.

Zsnes emulates the Snes, so try typing in SNES ROMS.

Sparkyboy, you are not allowed to play games/roms. Sorry.

When you learn more about computers, then you might be allowed.

http://www.pdroms.de

You can get some freeware, legal SNES ROMs there. You get commercial SNES ROMs by dumping them from your legally owned cartridges. Downloading commercial ROMs on the Internet is illegal; we don't condone that here.

Wow... I don't know if that was a "test of the ZSNES board system" or a guy who completely did not read the contents of the posts (and forum rules).

Either way... ugh
