Auto detecting mouse

Post by xamenus »

When Mario Paint is loaded, should ZSNES automatically plug the SNES mouse into port 1? Or am I just asking for trouble?

I think this was already asked at the old forum. Something about headers...

Keeping an eye on CVS won't do you anything, the first 3 parts of the feature have been in CVS for over a month now. It's the other half which you need to keep the eye out for ;)

whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

I think NSRT can fix the ROM to make Zsnes automatically turn on the mouse.
Emulators can aso utilize this NSRT header to automatically set up special controllers
like the SNES mouse upon rom load. This is currently implemented in Zsnes.
From the Readme. But that's if you use NSRT's header on a good checksum ROM.
