Sonic XTREME

So it appears a certain bay that pirates like to use has Sonic Xtreme online, their concept nonetheless, with the Nights engine. I can confirm it works in Yabause without a BIOS, but its a bit slow for me, and and has transparency issues. It will also crash if you use software rendering (at least in linux), and sound doesn't seem to work, but it may work much better in windows. Anyway, give it a shot

. Make sure to get the copy WITH a README and ARTWORK, the other torrent contains a VIRUS.

I dont see how thats incoherant, plus I can't really get more descriptive than "a certain bay that pirates like to use." But if you choose to read it, its good stuff.

There were MULTIPLE known revisions of Sonic Xtreme. The very first ever presented was a concept demo running on the same engine that Nights into Dreams uses. Yuji Naka hated the idea that americans were using his engine and threatened to quit if they did not remove it. During development there were 2 other engines developed. One of those was with a fish-eye lense (Example of the Fisheye lense), the other without. The torrent has the concept demo with the Nights engine.
