Error Moving File or Folder
---------------------------
Cannot remove folder wxw: The directory is not empty.

OK

Can someone explain why this message was included in windows? o_O

If you cut and paste a folder that also contains system files and tell it not to move the system file you will get the above error and the whole process will stop. to me this is sloppy coding :P it should either remove the folder or simply not remove it and ignore it.

Personally, I like to be told when an operation fails, as opposed to it failing silently and me never knowing about it.
Why yes, my shift key *IS* broken.

basically nobody at Microsoft is willing to touch the file copying portion of code for Windows. And no, the reason isn't because "it works fine the way it is". It's essentially gone untouched since Windows 95.
