I'm currently looking for a simple chat program for Windows. It has to be easy to use, secure, downright basic (i.e. not bloated with millions of useless features), and free for personal use.
(If possible something that will works with a webcam and microphone.)
mIRC is basic, if you don't go whoring all the scripts and addons for it.
