second controller help?

I'm trying to use two logitech precision controller and having some problems. The first one works just fine, but the second one is giving me some difficulty. My computer recognizes it, I can set keys with it in ZSNES, but its not responding when I'm trying to play a game. Any idea whats up?

It helps to cite which games you are testing it on... sometimes there is an obvious thing being overlooked.

Didn't work for anything, but its cool. They work fine with snes9x so i guess i'm just going to start using that.
