SM:RPG freezing...

im to the part where i beat Johnny, and whenever the star goes to its spot the game freezes...is there a way that i can get past this without having to start all over?

And most likely you will have to start again and use ZSNES 1.42 or ZSNES 1.36.

EDIT: save your game in the game (go to the star cube, save location) then replace ZSNES with an older appropriate version of ZSNES and you should be able to continue from that save spot.

i dl'd 1.41 and moved all of the .src and .srm files to they're own folder, but when i opened the ROM in 1.41 the save was not there. Did i do something wrong? sry...i kinda new to this :-/

i read that u said 1.41 instead of 1.42...darn my eyes lol...dl'd 1.42 and it seems to run a lot smoother...got thru johnny without a single problem...idk why the older version works better lol but im def. not complaining thank you very much for your help

various changes in v1.50 and 1.51 prevent games that use the SA1 chip from being completable without random bugs and issue's.
