Miracle Piano Teaching System

Post by riveascor »

I downloaded this nice little rom called The Miracle Piano Teaching System, originally for SNES. But I can't seem to get my Akai LPK 25 midi piano to work with it, the program won't even recognize it. Every other program I have (ex fruity loops) recognizes it but not ZSNES. Please help me!!!!

ZSNES does not support MIDI devices.

I doubt that any emulator actually supports the Miracle Piano peripheral. If it were to be, you would likely need the actual Miracle Piano with PC hookups. I'm guessing that it used a serial port (not common in today's computers). If you are going to be that elaborate, you might as well just buy the snes hookups and the actual snes cart.
<pagefault> i'd break up with my wife if she said FF8 was awesome

I'd expect it to use MIDI ports, actually.
They're still fairly common, albeit hidden on spare pins in the game port, so you'd need an adapter. But it's a simple plug+wire adapter, with no brains.
