Probably just asking to get yelled at or something, but is there a reason when you click forums it shows the rule page twice before you can get in? Is it intentional so people actually read it? :o

They put a rule page inside the rule page, so u can get informed while you get informed...

Bacon, the second rules page is, if I recall, actually leftover from an old site design.

It was PROBABLY kept to encourage reading of said rules, but I don't think that was the original intent so much as an oversight during the redesign.

the fact that we have a third place for the rules (a forum dedicated to them at the top of the board, even though in a sense it's optional) helps too.

The rules page probably needs pimping, otherwise Xzibit wouldn't bother.
