Black screen on game startup (in fullscreen mode - Vista)

So I'm trying to play Radical Dreamers on ZSNES 1.51 (windows version) and when I try to startup the game I just get a black screen. NSRT says the ROM's good, and it is in fullscreen mode. I'm running it on Vista 64 bit. Anyone know what's wrong?

It is a BS-X game, and that's not fully emulated... and BS-X games can't always be emulated by design. BS-X was meant to be steamed by a server originally...

Ahhh damn...
The ZSNES website says that some games can be coaxed into running by changing certain settings, any idea what these may be?
Also, might it work on another emulator?

The game works just fine here. I'm on Windows XP SP3, though.

where'd you get the ROM from? Because it seems to be running on Snes9x, but for some reason the text is completely screwed up and it lags horribly, so it seems to be a ROM problem

All I can think of is that the BIOS needs to be removed from the ROM and/or you need to get the BS-X ROM as well.

That's all I can come up with.

Ahh I used a different ROM and it worked - it was something to do with Stellaview, I think the one I was using before wasn't compatible before. Anyway, problem solved, thanks guys

and for the future, ROM/BIOS Requests are NOT allowed on the board, and can result in you being B&.
