Naming convention

I agree with Noxious Ninja, at first i didn't know what the heck you were talking about when you started to talk about this "WIP" which I should use...

I suggest to change naming convention to something that more clearly tell's that official version is actually badly outdated and that WIP version is the one to use.

Also some links and information about wip to the official webpage (download section) to suggest that you might want to try this "unofficial release" couse it's two years developement work worth better than this official version...

Maby something like:
1.36 - released Jul 15th, 2002
2.0 beta - released Oct 24 2004

^Not hard to guess which one people would probably use.

WIP is a generic term, most people should know what it means when they hear it. (W.I.P. stands for Work In Progress)
The only confusion is the fact the WIP's aren't listed on the ZSNES Homepage.. But from what I gather, there's a good excuse for that.
Still though, there is a sticky in this forum which is clearly titled "Latest version of ZSNES, get it here. (WIP)"
So really, it's not THAT confusing or complex, if you just take the time to browse the forums a little.

Hmm.. You're right. Site hasn't been updated in awhile, like I thought, but I forgot the content of that last update.
Hah, well then, this thread is a bit pointless.
