Maybe it is known already but I didn't find any topic concerning this in the bug thread.
The game can be played mostly fine, but some essential screens aren't displayed correctly, as e.g. the inventory screen
where one assigns items or spells.
I know that snes9x can do this but since I prefer Zsnes It would be nice to know if this is a known bug which might be issued in later revisions of Zsnes.

Who knows when Zsnes will be released; just be careful how you ask about its release....they might flame you. That's what happened to me

Well it's not a hidden request for when the next release will be.
I'm just curious if the bug is known already and if it is on a todo list of some kind
(and if not maybe it can be added ^^).

While you patiently wait for the new release that has it fixed, enable old gfx mode 2, and disable new gfx engine in the options. That will work around the glitch you're experiencing.
(also, we flame that guy because he's several orders of magnitude dumber than the common rock.)
