I'm using the latest version of ZSNES and I'm on Linux - though I can't find where they are being saved normally - I've looked through the ZSNES files but there's nothing there either

Sorry if this has been asked before (I had a little look through the FAQs but couldn't find anything), but I'm trying to change the paths where screenshots + SPCs save to (/home/user/ZSNES/screenshots) but it hasn't worked and I'm a bit stuck on what to do next...

look in ~/.zsnes
change the paths in zsnes.cfg, and don't forget linux is highly case sensitive (eg /zsnes, /Zsnes, and /ZSNES are three different directories).
