Need help with savestates

Well, here's my situation:
I can't save anything! Not even SRAM.
Somebody help me with this. Or at least redirect me to a topic where I can find a solution.
My OS is Windows XP Home Edition.

Solved. It was a typing error. I typed this on the paths:
Saves: D\SNES\ZSNES\SAVESTATES
And the correct one is this:
Saves: SAVESTATES

It's not, but I can't save. It's not compressed, it's fully unpackaged.

no, your error was that you forgot the colon after 'D'. fully-qualified paths are preferred.
