Bottom Bar

Post by Arbitus »

I can't seem to find an option which lets your see the bottom bar (where the start button and the clock are located) ontop? I like when emulators have this so I can view a walkthrough or talk to my friends on MSN or AIM and see if someone messaged me.

I'm not requesting this, otherwise I would have posted it in the other board, but more like asking if this option exists?

If it doesn't exist, could a mod or admin please more this to the request features board for me?

Thanks alot for your help.

There is no such option and I doubt it would be implemented, but good luck anyways.

Why don't you think it would happen?

Because it would be obtrusive and an eyesore, and would ruin the unique look of the zsnes gui. That's just my opinion though.

Well, what I said was, if this wasn't on it now, it could be added as an option that you can turn off and on. Of course the default for it would be how it is now, but in the options menu you could turn it on and off.

the only way to have ZSNES and the task bar visible at the same time is to run zsnes in windowed mode.

It's called the "Task Bar".

Press Alt+Enter, or choose a "[...] WIN" mode in the video options. The desktop must be set to 16 bits per pixel for windowed "DR" modes.

Not anymore. 32 bpp or 16 bpp work.

You're not requesting it, but if it doesn't exist, you request it ? Fucking hilarious.
