all roms lagging & full screen mode acting up

whenever i try to play any roms they lag alot... my computer is pretty fast & its played many a rom without lagging like this..

the full screen mode wont completely full screen. when its full screened smaller than the window..

both of these things just started randomly happening & im not sure i know whats going on...

It's probably a background process on your computer that is intermittently stealing resources. I've seen this problem on new straight-out-of-the-box computers. I'm not sure why ZSNES is affected more than other applications.
