If you have played Tales of Phantasia in english, you might have noticed some errr... rated converstations between the characters.
Was this legitametly translated from the original game? Or did Dejap decide to throw in their own bit of fun? I did find them quite humourous indeed.
DeJap wanted to be true to the original and their translation is the closest one to the original japanese script. Yes, the japanese are more *open* when it comes to things like these.

The first time I ever saw it brought up was by me. I was kind of shocked to see some of what was there.
I still believe it wouldn't be a bad idea to make a censored version. But it's up to Dark Force. I'm not going to say what he should or shouldn't do in his free time.

I really see censorship as something disgusting in any form. But if it must happen, at least the viewer/reader/listener should be given the option to access the undamaged material beforehand. We don't need to have our choices made for us.
