No sound!!!!!

Post by djeepy »

I have a little bug with the emulator, the first time i extract it the sound works fine. But the second time I open it i have no sound at all! I have a sound blaster live. To get the sound back i must reextract the emulator again. I am running under windows XP SP1 directx 9,0c[/code]

Not this again. I am absolutely certain someone posted this exact problem before. IIRC, it was never resolved.

I don't understand how extracting the executable again can make any difference at all, unless you're killing the config files every time. And even so, this "problem" still makes absolutely no logical sense.

Seems like a troll to me..

The first thing I would do is to make a byte-by-byte compare of the files and see which ones have been modified
