Svideo...

I have a few problems i need help with

The first one is, on the computer i want to conncet to the TV, it doesn't seem to have anywhere for the svideo cable to connect into the computer, whereas my other one does, but its a good 15m away from my TV...

The second problem is, when i moved my TV to my study, i attached the Svideo cable from my TV to my Computer, and it worked..., it was on both the monitor and the TV, i played for a little bit and then i took the cable out (with the computer still on), the screen went kind of funny... it went very small, i had to use the monitors buttons to readjust it, i then turned the computer off and the next day when i tried to turn it on, it wasn't starting up, the harddrive got uninstalled or soemthing, anyway its fine now, Does anybody know what i did wrong? or why it happened?

Also, if there are no adapters to put on the Svideo cable to connect to my other computer, can you buy 15m USB cables, so the gamepad will reach my room, and also my Svideo cable is 10m long, is there anything i can buy that will make it longer?
