Whenever I open ZSNES, the window is just completely white. I've tried different ROMs with it, and they all work, you just can't see what's going on. I've tried different screen sizes and screen types, but none of them make a difference. My screen is also in 16 bit color (I only have 16 and 24). Any idea what's going on?

Why do you feel like a dumbass? Because something in my signature fixed your problem? Was it deleting your config files or reading the documentation?

New posters on this board usually get hazed when they appear not to have done some work on their own to fix the problem. If you go through the trouble of registering for this board, you should also go through the trouble of reading all the stickies/announcements in the relavent sections of the board, as well as searching the boards for an answer. Bonus points if you actually find and read the documentation first.

Making your text a weird color is simply impolite to other readers.

I use subSilver, and I didn't find his text too bad.

Like NN, I use the Sub-sliver theme, but I also happen to like the color blue.

Changing the colour or font is an unnecessary pursuit and looks very daft (geocities websites/ebay auctions with garish fonts spring to mind). It also may mess up board styles and readibility.

Imagine if everybody posted in technicolour on the board. It would be a nightmare.

Just look at this retardation for evidence.
