it was late, i was bored...

heres a windows installer using NSIS v2.07.

This might actually be useful for some people. But then again, I don't think I've ever seen someone make a thread here asking how to unzip ZSNES...

I think they need a LITTLE competence to get roms + know about emulation.

<jmr> bsnes has the most accurate wiki page but it takes forever to load (or something)
