UN Squadron (bug in WIP 7/10 only)

Post by Uranium-235 »

This does not apply to ZSNES 1.42

Pilot selection - All pilots light up, no matter which one selected (screenshot)

Game Map - Shadowed (inaccessable) areas only have slight dimness, no map shadow displayed (screenshot)

OS: Windows 2000 Professional SP4

oh yes, when I enabled the old engine, I got basically the same effect, except for the game map, with the old engine enabled, there was no dimmed areas at all, everything was lit up like I could access it

Code: Select all

This bug still appears in the 11/05/05 WIP version. Does the DMA changes affect U.N. Squadron?

It's not like every time a patch fixes a game, that game will be mentioned in the change log.

However, a proper bug entry on BugZilla would be a much better places for things like this.

Now you can finally rest and Aerdan doesn't have to bite your head off.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

The code hasn't been put in CVS yet. I have been testing it to make sure it works. I am making a lot of major changes to the CPU core soon we want everything to work right before we do it.
