Settings only save on the first run in linux.

Tested on the last few WIPs, excluding August's.

Slackware 10, kernel 2.6.7, nvidia 1.0-6111, glibc 2.3.2, gcc 3.3.4, nasm 0.98.38, SDL 1.2.6

On the first time I load ZSNES, it'll remember every option I set and my game history list when I close it, but any time afterward it'll be stuck with those saved settings instead of how they were last.

Now, I hope it's something stupid like me not setting permissions right or not bothering to check the latest build, but I might as well post it here in case it's not. Apologies if this has already been posted and I overlooked it.
