how can i configure ZSNES to use a specific directory to save its cfg/dat files instead of ~/.zsnes? i want to use ZSNES 1.42n as well as ZSNES CVS and 1.42n crashes if the cfg/dat files of a newer ZSNES are there. i woud like ZSNES CVS to store its cfg/dat file in ~/.zsnes and 1.42n to store its data in ~/.zsnes_net. I am a newb to Linux (just installed Ubuntu 2 days ago) so I have no idea how to do this.
EDIT: Figured it out, I just did a search for files containing "/.zsnes", edited the zfilew.c file and recompiled it.
