Small request

I was wondering if a dev can change "Keyb/Joystick" to "Keyb/Gamepad". By doing this, it won't confuse people using ZSNES for the first time. I know it won't be an easy job to change, but it would be cool if someone did it.

Wtf ? What is confusing with joystick ?

It shouldn't be hard to replace, just asking.

<jmr> bsnes has the most accurate wiki page but it takes forever to load (or something)

I imagine it would actually be pretty easy. The ZSNES GUI code isn't THAT screwed up.

Yeah, I've edited the version number and contributors list in the about dialog before, so it shouldn't be too hard. :p

No one has a joystick for thier computer anymore unless they are a flight simulator freak or they have one left over from eons go. Besides, how the heck can you use a joystick to play zsnes? Gamepad makes alot more sense.

I'll vote for gamepad, although I thought zsnes was getting a new gui soon. (maybe it's an easy fix either way)

I hope there is an option to use the old GUI, besides using an older version.

I'll agree with that. I like the GUI as it is, so if they come out with a new one, I hope I'll get to keep my old GUI...
