By any chance are you deleting any files inside your folders?

Try enabling SRAM Check + Save in the Options. Make sure you're save folder isn't read-only.

does any1 get followed by any2, any3 ...?

But yeah, your saves just don't magically dissappear, or your harddrive has seen its better days. Check if the ZSNES folder is read-only too, and also pay attention to the advice others have given.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

I had a similar problem while playing Seiken Densetsu 3 years ago. Sometimes, saves would just disappear. My workaround back then was to create additional ZST saves, they never seemed to disappear. But then again, that was a rather old DOS version of ZSNES.

Slim possibility, but it could be a virus.

Try a virus scan, now here.
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

As he didn't reply at all, I think he got his problem solved. Must have been something right in his face... as usual.. :)
