HELP!! New User!!

Hey, I have a few questions but I won't bore you with those yet. My main question is how do you find and input cheats for the games into the ZSNES Menu?! Someone please help, it would be most appreciated

there's a whole, nicely laid out explanation of this in the DOCUMENTATION THAT CAME WITH ZSNES.
