Do you think ZSNES will ever be able to let people set there Screen Refresh Rate & color Qualty

What's wrong with doing it from within windows and/or Linux through your display settings/video card/monitor utilities ?
Besides, we got the -6 switch for when you need to use your 60hz.

Sometimes I wonder what random junk gets spewed up...
The majority of games/apps don't have controls for the refresh rate.... they prefer that you use your video card software drivers to deal with it. Please use them. I don't recall the exact reasons why, but it is not that beneficial when it is available in the app.
