Super Smartjoy help

Zsnes cant detect my super smartjoy. Why is this. Windows picks it up fine.
Is there a solution to my problem

What zsnes version are you using? Are you using the Latest WIP? DOS? WIN?

Have you clicked 'Set' after selecting the input device?

Try this, highlight keyb/joypad then hit set, then after that hit set keys and try and set them.
