Ok, i admit it, i have never used a super smart joy.
i do however have 2 snes controllers somewhere.
i have been doing fine with my ps1 to usb converter cable, but i actualy long for the feel of the snes controller again.
So i guess all i'm asking is for a kind of review before i buy one.
cheers.
How good is the super smart joy?

Well I got one, plopped it in, and....well, that was it really, it just works without having to install or do anything. As I heard there used to be some problems with not being able to push opposite buttons together because those buttons were defined as an axis but apparently they took care of that because I noticed nothing of the sort.

Are you using the super smart joy or the super smart joy plus, whats the difference?
I wonder if they will ever create one that takes two controllers, im not to keen on the fact ill need two.
I've got the regular one, the SSJ Plus is for PSX/PS2 controllers. Don't know why they have the word "super" in the name if it's not for SNES pads (since they don't use it in any of their other converters), but yeah.
As for multiple controllers, I've seen a website that sells SNES multitaps converted to USB, but I can't remember where at the moment, poke around in Google for a bit and you should find it.
