Problem using two joypads

I bought 2x Logitech Controllers two nights ago and Used em on jnes (Nes Emulator) and gens(Genesis Emulator) and Set up nicely..but I tried using em on zsnes I could only set up one as a joypad...i can use my keyboard with the joypad as first,but not 2xjoypads...IF there is something I'm missing I'd appreciate any insight on what the problem could be...

Ya I had the same problem just today. Did you connect the 2nd controller while the emulator was on?

try connecting both joypads to the comp then start the emulator should work fine.

No I actually installed em before I run the emulator ^_^

Another thing then was that I had to actually click on the keyb/joypad option then click 'set' then restart the emulator and then it allowed me to set the keys.

that was using a logitech precision joypad
