I'm aware there's probably every controller in existance on these boards, but I'm having the oh-so-common problem of ZSNES not recognizing my gamepad.
It works on Zsnes for Windows, but ZSNESWIN lags for me too much, and I'd like to use ZSNES for DOS, but the gamepad isn't recognized there.
So yeah.
I tried the disabling other gamepads thing as mentioned in the other Saitek controller thread, and I tried everything that was suggested there, but to no avail.
Any other suggestions would be splendiforous!

Dos doesn't really regonize usb port controllers.Whenever I use a controller for dos I use a program called joy2key. BTW, what's your system specs?

I don't really know what "specs" are included, but I've 768 MB of RAM, Windows XP, some...processor which is alright but I have no idea what it is.
I should know these things.
Joy2Key would help me out?
Well, I'll assume so and go on a hunt!

Why are you using the DOS port of ZSNES on an NT-based Windows ?
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

Mor elikely his system is just so infested with spyware and excess garbage that there's not enough processor time left for emulation.
