I know that changing the percent to execute to 70% supposely fixes the problem ZSNES has with the game; my question is, what effect (if any) will this have on any other game? Will the change be noticeable on any other game, or can I change it and just leave it as is?

It will screw some games, so I suggest you make a copy of ZSNES on another folder, then leave there permanently the 70 % execute percent.

I don't have a problem changing it back and forth from 70 to 100%, I was just wondering if it was something I had to consider.
