Gamepad acting up? Keyboard not responding properly? Can't get that other user to work? Read and post about it here.

It should work with ZSNES. Try using USB gamepads if you want to test it.
Try out CCleaner and other free software at Piriform

There's this one website that sells 4 player multitaps that just use 1 usb port. Or at least there used to be. Can't remember the url.

Do gamepads work well when connected through a hub? I've never tried that, but manuals for a couple of my older ones said never go through a hub, (or maybe it was a un-powered one)

Only problems I can think of are if they draw too much power (If they had something like force feedback...but these are snes controllers), but the power supply shouldn't make that a problem I guess.

For controller 'bandwidth'? USB offers 12Mbps for 1.1 and 480 Mbps for 2.0 (?!). I got no figures to quote but I'd imagine it'll only be a few bytes worth of transfer from each controller?

Of course it won't fit, because the computer doesn't support PSX controllers.

You need an adapter for it. You can buy one for $10 at radio shack.
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?

Checking a couple of his previous posts, I thought this may have been humor. But, I have been way wrong before.

I'll send you this thing for $25, it plugs into the parallel port, and you install drivers called ntpad I think and it works in xp. it makes 4 snes controllers show up as separate gamepads in windows, and all 4 work in zsnes.
