new to board and zsnes. controller recommendations

Hi, I'm new to both this board and the zsnes, so please dont flame me

. I recently found english translated versions of

Final Fantasy 3 (for which i use an nnnesterj) and dragon quests 5 and 6

. I'm totally sick of the keyboard and was recently thinking of buying the supersmartjoy usb snes controller adaptor thing and was wondering how well it works, i've over read some of the other topics on this and i havent seen whether its good or bad...just that ppl have had trouble getting it to work

. Is this a smart choice or does anyone have any other recommendations? also if anyone knows if it would work for my nnnester let me know. or if you know of any better nes emulators and where to find them. haha. thanks a ton!!!

I haven't read every topic about it but it seems to me at least that most problems with the Super Smartjoy (at least the newest version) stem from human error. The device itself works perfectly fine, nothing to install, just pop it in and it works.
