I don't know why this isn't working...

I'm stuck. I've downloaded the newest version of both ZSNES and DirectX, and yet every time I try to open the ZSNES, I'm met with a white box on my desktop that won't do anything until I close it with CTRL-ALT-DEL. I'm currently using Windows XP, btw, if it helps. My computer is set to 16 colors, as well.

Make sure you update your video card drivers too. It sounds like a driver issue to me.

Make sure you're using the latest WIP version. And do a clean install of it. (That means you don't use any old files on old versions of ZSNES.)
